We value you and what to make sure we answer as many questions for you as we can. Here are a few common ones. 

  • How long does shipping take?
    We ship via USPS and as soon as you place your order, we'll ship it from our facility. Because we hand make each product to order, it may take up to 7-10 for your items to arrive. However, we usually try to ship within 24 hours after your purchase.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship internationally. However, different shipping rates may apply.
  • What is your return policy?
    We are not able to accept returns at this time. However, if you are unsatisfied with our product, email us and we will work with you to make sure you Stay Lovely and Young (SLAY).
  • What do I do if my product was damaged in shipping?
    If your product arrives incorrect or damaged email us and we'll fix it for you!
